YOGA TO STIMULATE THE ENERGY BODY :

We discussed the pranic system or energy body gives vitality to the physical body.

If UDHANA PRANA is active, even when the physical body ages or becomes structurally weak, the vitality is maintained.

The Udhana Prana is activated by the erect posture “Sama sheersha shirokaya” as seen in Ayyappa’s posture.

We are often surprised to see Yogis in Himalayas live upto 100 years despite having meals only once a day or look much younger than their biological age.

This happens because the Udhana Prana is activated and maintained.

It is possible for all of us to achieve this with regular yogic practices and promoting the movement of our energies to higher levels with Sadhana.
