OPINION :-
1. The above lists self explatories, on the responsiblities of federal state governments and Union Central Government;
2. IN LOKSABHA & RAJYASABHA, MPS ARE NOT AUTHORISED TO SPEAK ON THEIR RESPECTIVE STATES;
3. EVERY STATE, HAS CHIEF MINISTER AND HIS CABINET MINISTERS, THEY ARE REAL SPEAKERS ON STATE AFFAIRS;
4. AT PRESENT MANY MPS HAVE COMPLAINTS AGAINST THE CENTRE REGARDING THE STATES, WHEN AND WHERE CENTRE HAS NO CONCERN ON STATE SUBJECTS;
5. FOR EXAMPLE, CLEAN INDIA MEANS : CLEAN STATES, SO STATES ARE RESPONSIBLE, SO THE FOOL CONGRESS PRESIDENT RAGA, NEED NOT ABUSE PM ON CLEAN INDIA;
6. SECONDLY SOUCHALAYS ( TOILETS ), STATE SUBJECT, CHIEF MINISTERS ARE RESPONSIBLE; REGIONAL (STATE) PARTIES SHOULD NOT PLAY PARTY POLITICS HERE, AS CENTRAL GOV IS OF BJP, IF THEY HONOSTLY DO THEIR DUTIES;
7. ANY WRONGS OF STATE JURIDICTIONS SHOULD NOT BE DISCUSSED IN PARLIAMENT;
8. LIKEWISE ALL LAW & ORDER PROBLEMS OF THE STATES, SHOULD NOT BE RAISED IN BOTH HOUSES;
9. ALL DEBATES MUST BE OF NATIONAL CONCERED, AND NOT STATE SUBJECTS;
10. FINALLY, MPS MUST KNOWLEGABLE, BUT IT SEEMED TO ME MAJORITY ARE ARROGANT, MISBEHAVE IN THE HOUSE, INDISCIPLINED BUNCH PLAY PARTY POLITICS, IN THE PARLIAMNET.
