Ref : Annexure C: Site Visits : B.J. Krishnan proposals:
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Site Visit Plan and Public Consultation Processes to arrive at the core issues of the conservation process-

TASK: -

1. Broad outline of the Public Consultation Process (and), 2. A tentative set of criteria for selecting Sites for Visit :

For the sake of convenience and easy identification, I have broadly divided the entire Western Ghats regions into four Zones (1) Southern Western Ghats (2) South-Central inclusive of Nilgiri Biosphere Reserve (3) Central and (4) Western Zones – See Annexure

B. Outline of the Public Consultation / Approach
--------------------------------------------------------------
Consultation processes for each zone and themes will have stakeholders representing the 3 dimensions of the CBD (Convention on Biological Diversity) objective triangle

 Conservation – Ecology
 Sustainable Use of Natural Resources – Economics
 Benefit Sharing – Equity

To validate the current situation, each stage of the consultation process will engage various stakeholders. I suggest selecting research institutions, private and government and NGOs / CSOs to provide inputs, data, evidences, case studies and innovative ideas in each of the selected sites.

NEXT : WESTERN GHATS: ZONES AND DISTRICTS :

To be continued ..

THIS SO CALLED CM SHOWS EXTRA INTEREST IN HINDU RELIGIOUS PLACE THAN NATURE

OPINION :

1. LDF AND UDF BOTH DESTROYED KERALA, WESTERN GHATS, SUPPORTING AND EARNING FINANCIAL BENEFITS FROM ALL MAFIA GROUPS;

2. THIS REPORT WAS SUBMITTED MANY YEARS BACK, BUT  KERALA UNDER THESE TWO STUPID FRONTS RULE, NEVER  BOTHERED, AND NOT WILLING TO IMPLEMENT;

3. BUT ACCORDING TO PRESS REPORTS THIS GADGIL REPORT IS REJECTED BY KERALA, KARNATAKA AND TAMIL NADU

4. GUJARAT, MAHARASHTRA, AND GOA GOVERNMENTS ALREADY STARTED IMPLEMENTING THE REFORMS;

5. THESE UDF AND LDF : BOTH FRONTS MAIN JOB TO ABUSE BJP, RSS, AND PM MODIJI AND HIS PROGRESSIVE REFORMS;

6. I AM VERY SAD TO SEE THE STUPIDITY OF KERALA PEOPLE, THEY ARE MORE INTERESTED IN PARTY FLAGS AND THE UNDUE BENEFITS FROM THE RESPECTIVE PARTIES;

7. NONE IS IMPARTIAL ABOVE CASTE, RELIGION, CREED AND OTHER MAN MADE DIVISIONS OF THE SOCIETY;

8. POLITICIANS EXPLOIT PEOPLE BY KEEPING THEM IN VARIOUS DIVISIONS;

9. RELIGIOUS HEADS ARE DEMONS, AND EQUALLY EXPLOIT THE PUBLIC, MORE THAN THAT THESE CARDINALS, BISHOPS, MOULVIES ETC,  ARE ALL CHARACTERLESS, AND DO ALL ILLEGAL BUSINESS IN THE STATE, THIS IS WIDELY KNOWN OPEN SECRET;

10. PEOPLE MUST RAISE ABOVE ALL AND BREAK THE PRESENT DIRTY BUSINESS AND ASSOCIATIONS AMONG RELIGIOUS HEADS+MAFIA GROUPS+POLITICIANS, AND MAKE THEM ANSWERABLE TO THE SOCIETY.

KERALA GOVERNMENT ATTITUDE TOWARDS NATURE PRESERVATION :
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. WESTERN GHATS : KERALA URGES PM TO RELAX ECOLOGICALLY SENSITIVE AREAS RULES, TO ENABLE MAFIA GROUPS PLUNDER AND DESTROY NATURE;

2. COMMUNIST AND CONGRESS ARE BOTH IN SAME LINE, AS THE MAFIA TRANSFER LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY ON UDF AND LDF POLITICIANS ACCOUNTS, NOT DIGITALLY, BUT BY HARD CASH AND NOT COOPERATE TO PROTECT WG;

3.  THE PM IS WIDELY ABUSED BY COMMUNISTS ( KODIYERI LEADING ) AFTER HIS RECENT VISIT TO KERALA.

LOYALTY SC VERDICT DOES NOT APPLY TO WESTERN GHATS : A DEMON IN THE GARB OF CM KERALA

LAST WORD  :
------------------
1. COMMUNIST GOVERNMENT OF KERALA IS MORE INTERESTED IN ESCORTING WOMEN IN REPRODUCTIVE AGE TO SANNIDHANAM OF SABARIMALA -TO INSULT THE TEMPLE RULES AND REGULATIONS UNDER THE STUPID COVER OF SC VERDICT;

2. THEN WHY THESE BUGGERS NOT IMPLEMENTING GADGIL REPORT, ANSWER THE PEOPLE IDIOTS.

3. THERE ARE MANY LIVE AND ENJOY THE SHARE OF THE CAKE, IN POLITICS BY JOINING AND SUPPORTING VARIOUS POLITICAL FRONTS ACCORDING TO THEIR CONVENIENCES SUCH AS VEERENDRA KUMAR AND HIS SON, VELLAPALLY FATHER AND SON COMBINATIONS, THESE HARD CORE BUSINESS MEN LIKES ARE  VERY DANGEROUS TO THE KERALA SOCIETY, TAKE NOTE OF SUCH WEEDS, AND SIDELINE THEM IF YOU CAN'T ELIMINATE THEM FROM THE POLITICS ..

The Nehru-Gandhi dynasty starts with the Mughal man named Ghiyasuddin Ghazi. He was the City Kotwal i.e. police officer of Delhi prior to the uprising of 1857, under the Mughal rule. After capturing Delhi in 1857, in the year of the mutiny, the British were slaughtering all Mughals everywhere. The British made a thorough search and killed every Mughal so that there were no future claimant to the throne of Delhi. The Hindus on the other hand were not targeted by the British unless isolated Hindus were found to be siding with the Mughals, due to past associations. Therefore, it became customary for many Mohammedans to adopt Hindu names. So, the man Ghiyasuddin Ghazi (the word means kafir-killer) adopted- a Hindu name Gangadhar Nehru and thus saved his life by the subterfuge. Ghiyasuddin Ghazi apparently used to reside on the bank of a canal (or Nehr) near the Red Fort. Thus, he adopted the name ‘Nehru’ as the family name. Through out the world, we do not find any descendant other than that of Gangadhar, having the surname Nehru. The 13th volume of the “Encyclopedia of Indian War of Independence” (ISBN:81-261-3745-9) by M.K. Singh states it elaborately. The Government of India have been hiding this fact.
