The all-pervading nature of God follows from the infinitude of God. If God is not infinite, He would be finite, and all things that are finite are subject to the process of transmutation, change and evolution; and God would also be evolving into something other than God Himself. This would happen if He is finite; therefore, God cannot be finite. He has to be infinite. And because He is infinite, He is all-pervading.
